MP1 POS Software - Registration Terms & Conditions

By registering and using MP1 POS Software, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Account Registration
1.1 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
1.3 You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use the software.
1.4 The use of this software is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable software license agreements.
2. Use of the Software
2.1 MP1 POS software is licensed to you, not sold, and its use is governed by these terms.
2.2 You may not:
- Use the software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Modify, distribute, sublicense, or resell the software.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code from the software.
2.3 You are responsible for any data entered into the system, including the accuracy of sales, inventory, and customer data.
2.4 The software may contain integrations with third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 By registering, you agree to pay any fees associated with the subscription or purchase of the software as outlined during the registration process.
3.2 All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific refund policies.
3.3 MP1 reserves the right to change its pricing at any time with advance notice to you.
4. Data and Privacy
4.1 MP1 respects your privacy. Your data will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.2 You are responsible for securing and maintaining backups of your data. MP1 will not be liable for any loss of data due to system failures or errors.
5. Termination
5.1 MP1 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the software without notice in the case of violation of these terms or any unlawful activities.
5.2 You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to MP1. Upon termination, your access to the software will be revoked, and your data may be deleted.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 MP1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the software.
6.2 In no event shall MP1’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the use of the software during the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Software Updates
7.1 MP1 may provide updates or patches to the software to improve its functionality or address issues.
7.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that you are using the latest version of the software.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
8.2 Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not register or use the software.
